By placing an order and formulating requests for products from Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd using this website, you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Condition;. please read them carefully.

Interpretation
"We", "us, "our", means Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd.
"You", "your" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
"Product" and "goods" means the product or products you have ordered from us.

Ordering and payment
All charges are in UK pounds sterling. Any reference on the website or shopping cart to charges in Euros or US Dollars is intended as a guide only, and the true cost in these currencies may differ. All overseas card payments will be charged in their respective currencies, based on current exchange rates. You can pay by any Visa or Mastercard credit card, Switch or Delta debit card, or by cheque. Cheques must be made payable in sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Once you have successfully placed an order online, you will be sent an email confirming receipt and the details of your order, including your name, the order number and the total price. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors at info@welshfurniture.com. Once payment has been accepted by us and you have received an email to confirm this, we will reserve a copy of your chosen purchase/s. A follow up email will be sent once the goods have been despatched to you. If you wish to order by post, you may print off a Post Order Form by clicking on the relevant link on the 'ordering' page of the website, and send it, with full payment and delivery details, to the address below.
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information when ordering, and should not impersonate another person or entity, or use any false name or any name that the customer is not authorized to use. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorization of the cardholder. All card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result
PLEASE NOTE: for all orders of 'Welsh Furniture 1250-1950 - A Cultural History of Craftsmanship and Design' (including Hardback copies, Collector's Limited Edition copies and the Special Offer of 1 Hardback plus 1 Collector's Edition copy) placed prior to the publication date of June 2007: your payment will be processed and your debit/credit card charged (or your cheque cashed) as soon as you place your order (or we receive your cheque), although your goods will not be despatched until after the official publication date of June 2007. By proceeding with your order you explicitly agree to this.

Product Information
All prices quoted exclude shipping (where applicable). If the price quoted on the web site is incorrect and the correct price is lower than that quoted we will charge you the lower price. If the correct cost is higher than the quoted price we will either advise you of the true cost and await your confirmation of your order at the higher price or inform you that we cannot accept your order and explain the circumstances surrounding such cancellations.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or to protect us from price rises for reasons such as a supplier's price increase, new taxes and currency fluctuations.

Shipping
The charges for postage and packing are added at the 'checkout' pages. Should you wish to collect your item/s from our shop, please contact us to arrange collection; in this instance there will be no shipping charge.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. Please be aware that the following delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability.
We aim to despatch all stock items within 10 working days of receiving payment, except where otherwise stated. Pre-publication orders and payments will be processed as usual upon successful completion of your order, and your order will be despatched as soon as practicable after the publication date. Please see the 'ordering' page on our website for details of estimated shipping costs. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and that shipping charges may be subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the cost of shipping if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or to protect us from price rises for reasons such as shipping price increases, new taxes and currency fluctuations. If shipping on your order is subject to any such change we will first contact you by email. If the shipping rate is lower than that quoted on our website, we will offer to refund to you the difference. If it is higher we will first confirm with you that the new shipping price is acceptable, before proceeding with the order.
You will be notified by e-mail once your goods have been despatched. All products will be sent by courier despatch and will therefore require a signature upon receipt. The following estimates for delivery times are intended as a guide only, and some orders may take slightly longer to reach you: UK, 2 working days; Europe, USA and Canada, 2-4 working days; Rest of World, 3-4 working days. Please note it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Should delivery time be delayed we do not accept liability of any consequential loss.
Goods delivered overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd has no control or liability for them.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are your full responsibility and you will need to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.
Where you do not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods, you may incur additional charges to cover storage, shipping and insurance of the goods.

Refunds and Returns
Damaged or Faulty
Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of package arrival) by calling 01554 890328 or e-mail us at info@welshfurniture.com to discuss our procedures (as detailed below) and to organize a replacement.
1. Inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claim for replacement can be made after 7 days.
2. Any claim regarding an item/s damaged or defective must be made initially by telephone or email, followed by a written claim.
3. In all cases the product(s) must be adequately packed in the original packaging to prevent damage.

Returns that are Not Damaged
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange in line with the procedure below:
1. A written notice of your cancellation is required within 7 days and the goods must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods along with your order reference number. You cannot cancel your order if you have taken the goods out of the sealed shrink-wrapping in which they were delivered.
2. The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the Customer who must insure the transit of the goods. If you withdraw your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery and you have received them, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk and as soon as possible.
3. As soon as we receive the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods (minus any delivery charges - if applicable). We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of the goods.

Liability
Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed.
If the goods are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability unless you notify us of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
We shall not be liable for any defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or default by you or any third party.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question (minus any delivery charge).
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the liability of Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
We reserve the right at any time, in whole or any part thereof, to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the products and services offered through and via this website. Whilst fulfilling all obligations on the part of Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd, concerning prior received offers to purchase a product or products, you confirm that Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party from such modification or withdrawal of services. Your continued used of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Force Majeure
Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Invalidity
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Country Antiques (Wales) Ltd excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Complaints
